His last three moves have been genius IMO. He has been shaping this fight from the very begining.

1) His first come back fight he takes on JMM. People call him a cherry picker amongst other things. This was done for one reason to obtain better bargaining leverage at the negotiations table. He takes out JMM in pretty easy fashion thus eliminating a public demand for a PAC vs JMM III.

2) He demands RANDOM TESTING for the fight with PAC on 3/13. When PAC made it a bigger thing than originally intended he puts an * next to PACS name in many of the common fans eyes. Thus the only fighter who is possibly compared to him as the BEST OF THIS ERA in many people eyes may have cheated. Even if he didn't walking away from 40 million in comparision to just giving blood RAISED some eyebrows.

3) He keeps his demand for RANDOM TESTING and says he is going to use it in every fight going forward to "CLEAN UP BOXING" PAC announces a fight with Clottey anther TOP RANK promoted fighter for the 3/13 date. NO SUCH TESTING is required. People are leaning back towards PAC and a good fight Floyd is left in limbo with out a dance partner. (no pun intended)

4) 1/18/09 Berto with draws from match with Mosley for Jan 30th date. Now possible match up between Floyd and Mosley lands in Floyds lap. Whether it goes down on March 13th or May1st undecided. But he puts the demand out there for RANDOM DRUG TEST with an admitted ROID user. I agree but I don't think Floyd had hidden intentions for Pacquiao I think he genuinely wants to secure an even battleground. Mayweather didn't have an unreasonable request so Manny should have said yes, I mean that with the thinking that Manny wants the fight too, I'm sure he does but he needs to stop reading off of Michael Koncz cue cards and make this fight. Manny is a class act, with me he is innocent until proven guilty just like the brick layer before scientists PROVED he was a cheat.

2. He seen wen Pac said giving blood so close b4 Morales 1 fight affected him, and he felt weak so he was basically trying to spin it so he didnt have to fight Pac.

3. Floyd is not the Boxing Authority on drugs testing nor is he a scientist WTF? If u keep taking blood it can weaken busy fighters, it wont affect Floyd as much because of his laid back style. Look at how americans are the ones who always get caught cheating more than anyone the sprinters are prime example 75% of us sprinting olympic gold medalist were on roids but they got protected. Pacquiao ducked Mayweather and now boxing goes on to a great great fight between Mayweather and Mosley. Pacquiao screwed up big time. When Mayweather beats Mosley and the ppv out sells Manny's, there will be no 50/50.

totally agreed. But now I am now really coming to the belief that the pac v may fight will never happen because of this. TEam pac is never going to go under 50/50 and never submit the random drug testing

First put all of your biased opininions aside.

1. If Floyd does fight Shane this eliminates the idea that he doesnt fight real WW. Shane is the best. This is the first time Pac is fighting a true WW at 147. Except he's not fighting the number 1. (There's nothing wrong with that. Shane is just better)

2. This just doesn't make sense. In the Morales fight he was tested the same day. The final compromise was 14 days before. It couldn't possibly have the same effect 2 weeks before. If it is during training, a simple sip of gatorade will help you recover in minutes from a teaspoon of blood drawn. You don't duck a fight through negotiations of blood test. You duck a fight with negotiations of money. Contrary to everyone's belief Mayweather negotiations are normally extremely smooth and fast. We all know Pacs negotiations are always rough.

3. First of all BOTH of them are taking the exact test. Lets avoid making stereotypes of other countries because there is an athlete from Every country who uses Performance enhancing drugs. While it is true that he is not the boxing authority neither is Manny. He has been asking for 10million per pound over, in his previous fights requesting only catchweights (which is a fight changing tactic).

4. May is always quiet during negotiations. He doesn't speak until the fight is finalized. Which is what every boxer does.

1. Yup. I agree. I also think, he did this for casual fans to think he is still P4P 1, because he made it look easy on a fighter that Pac went life and death with.

4. He got lucky that Mosley-Berto got dropped. But you are right. Mosley is the only other viable option out there at 147. If ever pbf wins, he will get the upper hand. Unless for some stroke of fate that pac-clottey ppv would perform greater than pbf-mosley.
