Guarentee it. Shane has been knocked out before and Floyd has very underrated power. He knocked JMM on his ass a guy who has never been knocked out before and almost did knock him out untill he started running around the ring scared

FYI, Manny had knocked JMM 3 times in their 2 fights. Considering how Mosley have taken heavy power punches from Cotto and Margarito without getting Knocked down or KO, he can probably take Floyd's punches as well. Not saying it can't happen, but the odds are IMO is he can't or wouldn't.
