Without a doubt I'd understand this. TBH it's a bad break for him because he wanted to fight someone of Mosley's caliber to see really where he's at and to get people to really notice him. Anyone who thinks he's afraid is a ******.

I blame the scheduling of the fight. Mosley/Berto should of happened sooner like January 16 or last month.

It is understandable for Berto to back out....who wouldn't?

Perhaps Andre Berto will ask fans who've already bought tickets to his cancelled fight with Shane Mosley, to donate the money to the Haitian Earthquake Relief Effort instead of just having their money refunded?

Peter Løvenkrands' father died, but he still played and scored today.

Look Berto doesn't owe fans ****!! No money has been paid to him for this fight. Fan's that have bought tickets will get a refund and shane now get's a shot at Floyd (even if it does sound unlikely) so back off the guy he can do whatever he wants just like anyother non athlete/regular person would.

Ya know it would have been a nice gesture if Berto still had fought even with a disadvantage and dedicated the fight win or lose to Haiti not to mention the proceeds from the fight to help. Maybe could have got people to donate at the gate and team Mosley as well. Just sayin.

Please don't be ****** and think, it shouldn't take 6-9 months for a fight to happen. Mosley hasn't fought in a year, Berto hasn't fought since May. Besides Mosley would rather fight Mayweather.

If this fight happened sooner it would be over with, and Mosley can schedule a fight with Mayweather, and Berto can help the people in Haiti without preparing for a fight.
