Did the typhoons affect Manny's family? Was Manny's family homeless? Did Manny lose family members because of the typhoons? What does Manny have anything to do with this topic? Manny fans bring his name into every thread even if the topic has nothing to do with him. Berto did the right thing by withdrawing from the fight. Family comes first and I'm sure Mosley will fight him later.

I am a Haitian myself, and i can clearly feel and understand what he's going through right now. I've lost few close relatives of my own, and it's hard to deal with because you want to try the best you can to help the rest of the survivors in any ways that you can think of.

Don't want to be an ass, but he should have at least try to move it down. Or just fight FOR THAT CAUSE, in support of Haiti. But it's his decision and it has to be respected so...

WTH you compare Berto's tradegy on pacmans typhon in manila? here's the difference

            Pacman - indirect family - 72 died / missing

            Compare to

Berto - immediate family - almost 200,000 estimated people who died.

Do you guys have the heart? there are 200,000 who died and more homeless.

not criticizing berto but i dont understand this....unless hes physically going over there to help what else can he do.....the nfl players vilma and garcon are playing the playoffs.....some fighters like douglas and pacquiao have fought thru bad times.....why cant he fight its not just about him but about his fans trainers opponent staff everyone getting paid off this fight....

                  Fck you Al Haymon.

                  Haiti is no excuse.

He still had 2 weeks until the fight to get focused.

Ditching the fight this late is ****** and it's clear it was at the suggestion of Al Haymon so that Floyd can fight Mosely.

                    I disagree with Berto's decision.

He should go on with the fight.

Anyone that can't respect Berto's decision are fools.

I can sacrifice not seeing Berto V Mosley if Berto needs to tend to more important matters.
