That is the absolute tragedy about Floyds career. He could possibly have been regarded as the GOAT, but the bottom line is he blew it. His legacy(unless he goes into overdrive and makes the fights to enhance it) is more about all the theatrical posturing and the fights he didnt have. I dont like the guy,but dont wish him any ill so I hope he holds onto his cash, because in Fifteen years time when he looks back he will realise that thats all he has.Comment

Why you would even post that video in a forum of harcore boxing fans is beyond me, those cats and their argument is at the 3rd grade level. They clearly dont know nothing about Pac's catchweight, weight draining demands, or that he routinely fights guys who are on the decline. They no crap about how styles make fights. They think just cause Pac can beat slow footed no defense opponents that Floyd would be the same. They no jack squat about PED's how they work and what the experts say about Pac's proposed testing schedule. Overall, I truly found that video annoying, amateuristic, and unworthy to be viewed by hardcore fans of this sport. The TS should be ashamed of himself for posting that crap.Comment

I believe he is as clean as any other fighter, and until the day he fails a test he is still the same great fighter in my eyes.Comment

I think he is clean. I also think that better testing would help the sport, but what bugs me is the way that Mayweathers team went about this. It was totally out of order, and wholly uneccesary for them to have besmirched his name the way they did. If they were so convinced about it,then they should have kept it at the negotiating table confidentially. If they had done that and pac refused, then it is Pac that would have looked bad, instead virtually as soon as the Cotto fight ended, before even the fighters sweat was dry,we were treated to the grotesque sight of Floyd Snr calling Manny cheat into the first camera and mic shoved under his nose.

Cant watch the vid but heres my take
He's the best fighter in the world and he's fighter for the ages, truely great skills.
However he's ****ing up his legacy by picking and choosing oppenents when infact he could beat em all! He throws up money reasons for not fighting this guy or that guy, short sighted. Fight em all, beat em all - make a mint!
His personality is letting him down, with this Pac thing lately (Roids) Mayweather has a real chance to turn things around, coz i and many others feel he's in the right, be cool, take the fights, get the wins, the money, the fans and the respect.
But will he grow a pair???Comment

The argument proposed in that video is pedestrian at best, doesn't deserve its own thread at all. The video is like listening to someone who just started watching boxing last year.Comment
