I'm sorry,but that is bollocks and the most sweeping generalisation you could possibly make. If you visited here in the 70's and early 80's then I might agree with you. My city for example has huge cultural diversity and people get along fine. I couldnt/wouldnt want to imagine Southampton without its asian,caribbean or polish communities. You get the odd idiot everywhere,but on the whole there is no problem where I live.

No, it isn't like that. That film isn't set in the present anyway. The UK is no more racist than the US towards Asian people and people of Asian descent, arguably less so, but there are certainly some racist parts of society.

I don't think it is racism. The problem is not his skin, but his religion. The western world is very anti-islam and rightly so. I am an ex-****** and I understand very well what is going on in the world with regards to terrorism and jihad. Islam is a deadly cult and we will see even less tolerance of this supposed "religion of peace" in years to come by the western world.
