FMJ - beating Baldormir (who is no longer ranked @ WW) does not secure a spot for 4+ years.
PWill - No longer a WW, have to fight in the division in order to be ranked in it.
Marg - In my book he's starting back at the bottom and has to earn his way back. We don't know how good he is without bricks, besides, he's not even licensed.
The whole point of ranking is to be objective, something your obviously unable to do.

I just feel that some rankings mentioned by other posters are completely preposterous. Specifically, PBF included in the top 5 along with Paul Williams & Antonio Margarito. Why? Well I already went into a discussion of why PBF does not deserve to be ranked...As for Paul Williams, it's the same issue. He hasn't fought in the welterweight division since his win over Carlos Quintana in 2008. And as for Margarito, as another poster has mentioned, he would be included with all the "bottom-feeders" of the division and have to move his way up the ladder, and the fact of the matter is does Margarito even have a license to fight as of the moment? Another key issue is the simple fact that he has been inactive since his "plastering" incident, I have a feeling that he may have to come back at light middleweight unless he has been training and such...But I stand firm that the WW division rankings should be:
