PBF has NOT fought a welterweight SINCE 2006?!?! How can he possibly even be considered in the welterweight rankings? If Mayweather gets put into the rankings based on his welterweight victories over Baldo & Judah 3+ years ago, then the rankings are a travesty.

BUT in the Pound4Pound rankings, PBF can be as high as #2 behind Pacquiao. BUT we are talking about the welterweight division in particular, NOT Pound4Pound!
