I don't see why this guy can't get fights. The boxing scene in Germany seems to buzzing with activity these days. Even if you're fighting a 'bum of the month' it's better than not fighting at all IMO...

What's the deal with his contract?

Universum Spotlight is saying that he can buy out of his contract. Well, did he?

Stay updated with the latest boxing news, fight results, interviews, and rankings. Get real-time coverage of upcoming bouts, analysis, and exclusive insights from the world of boxing.

It's weird how he's been put on the shelf so long since before he was inactive, he fought and beat quite a few good Euro level boxer, as well as Julio, Konecy, and Daniel Santos.

If Dzinziruk wants the fight so bad, then why is he expressing more interest in fighting Angulo? He can always drop the belt and fight Paul instead.

Yeah Paul sure has been ducking Sergey, going out trying to fight a bigger man in Kelly Pavlik and then taking on a great 154 champ in Sergio Martinez late in the game.

How about the WBO forces the fight or strips Williams of his interim belt?

Dzinzurik had proved more than Martinez has in his career. The Razor was a great amateur, he's undefeated, he's beaten guys like Santos and Julio.

Quick question, how many times have you watched Dzinziruk fight?

Sorry but you are delusional. I guess you're another Euro nutthugger. If Sergey wants to fight I'm sure Paul would be interested, as long as the fight wasn't in Germany and the money was right. Fact is Sergey is a nonentity in the division and is only important to the Eurobum faithful.

                    **** that.

He just fought a better fighter in Sergio Martinez. Williams ain't a ducker.

Although I think he would duck a Martinez rematch.

Dzinziruk would love to fight either! He'd drop the belt if Williams would agree to fight him.

Angulo is Sergey's mandatory, he has the interim WBO title that Williams had last year. But HBO is afraid Angulo will lose if he fights Dzinziruk, and so they are having him fight Julio instead.
