If Dzinziruk was as popular as say Abraham, do you still think they would duck this fight? I like Dzinziruk, but to be fair, if Williams fought him, Williams would assume 100% of the risk and he'd receive very minimal reward if he beat the Razor.

Oh i hear you it's just that they can't have it both ways.

Dzinziruk an undefeated champ wants PW, American media "no one wants to fight PW, most avoided" but it's ok cuz Dzinziruk isn't well known.

When PW wants to fight somebody and recieves little interest from them because of the weightclass jumping, no fanbase, no money, the media pulls a 180 and says they're ducking PW.

PW has trouble getting fights for the same reason: high risk, low reward.

So using that logic, if PW is being ducked then PW is also ducking Dzinziruk. Can't have it both ways. If he truly wants the best, well here is a guy at the top of 154 with a belt who wants him, prove it.

That's very true. At the end of the day, it's very unfortunate that Universum can't find this man a fight. He's been built up in Germany so it's understandable that he's having a hard time finding big fights in America. Hopefully he can officially get out from under Universum and sign with Top Rank, as was rumored a month or so ago. I don't think he'd have much trouble getting fights with Top Rank.

ive always laughed at that 'most avoided fighter' moniker of his

and to think people thought he could KO pavlik at 160,haha funny when you look back at it

The most recent stuff that i remember reading said that a court ruled that the Universum contract is still valid but made it sound like he may be able to buy himself out of the contract.

Seeing how things went with Kessler's contract disputes and since Dzinziruk isn't getting any younger i'd guess that he'll buy his way out of his contract rather than suffer inactivity due to legal b.s.

Word is that he's living and training in L.A. at the moment and was trying to get a fight with Angulo only it's the same problem. HBO doesn't want their young hype investment getting his ass kicked by Dzinziruk.

Dzinziruk is a undefeated Champ for almost half a decade, if you can't sell a fight to the public with that then something is ****ing wrong with you. It isn't that he has no name it is that they don't want their guy to lose. Protected American fighters.

Paul Williams needs to rematch Martinez or fight Pavlik. Williams is very overrated in my opinion.

How is he overrated? Because he struggles with slick southpaws? Really?
