I very much doubt it,and even if they did,not so publicly and not with the eyes of the world watching. I am as frustrated as you that this fight aint happening,but the blame sits squarely at the foot of Mayweather as they created this situation when it was unprecedented and totally unneccesary.

Character and integrity
I have read articles on manny, and his legion of supporters, they all call manny a hero, a man of intergrity, character and natural ability, and he would never take drug to better himself. But thats all a fasade. Manny grew up poor and from a poor neighborhood, fought from the streets to the ring, and he did whatever he had to do to get by. He became a very good boxer and i respect that. But saying that, i have to point to a couple of things. Character, I do believe Manny has been reported to be having extra marrital affairs, that i have read quite a few places, The article read the TIGER WOODS of boxing, The same thing that the media is crusifying Tiger Woods for Manny is being ignored. That speaks a lot for his integrity and charcater. If he will lie and cheat on his wife, why wouldnt he lie about illegal drugs. Who knows, its all about your character and integrity. Manny has the whole phillipinean nation on his back, that a lot to carry, so maybe he needed, a little help to get there. Roy Jones Jr. needed help, Sugar Shane needed help, Holyfield needed help,(Mike Tyson requested for Holyfield to do a blood test before the fight) so this isnt the first time,it has been requested. Micheal Moorer needed help twice, he has been popped(by the way Roach was his trainer when he got popped.
jammes Light out Toney needed help. what does these guys have in commmon. they all say that manny should'nt have to take a test, and all these boxers has been popped on performance drugs. If Manny is so set on clearing his name, he should come out and say that i have aggreed to to random drug test for my next fight with Clottey to clear my name form these allegations surounding me. this would go a long way to undo the damage that he said that the Mayweathers has caused. Otherwise by calling out Tim Smith and Tony Atlas and ESPN doesnt do anything for him. Dont you think that these guys has checked thier sources to verify the these emial really came from them, and not from some random made up e-mail address. do you all really think these people are that dumb. PICK THE BIGGEST FIGHT THE PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT DRUG FIGHT AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE AND START NOW BY TAKING THE RANDOM DRUG TEST WITH YOUR BOUT WITH CLOTTEY AND SHOW THE WORLD THAT YOU ARE A MAN OF CHARACTER AND INTERGRITY.
