I just read your links and a felt a feeling of de ja vu. Arum and NSAC were part of the cast of characters as they are now. And if you took out the names of Hearns and Leonard from the article and replaced them with Mayweather and Pacquiao it is almost the same story.

The only difference was that Leonard had way so much more bargaining power against Hearns while Floyd and Manny are equally matched in the money department. Otherwise, you could just blanked out where it mentioned the fighters and replaced them with the appropriate present fighters.

It's pretty ridiculous that the NSAC basically said "to hell with steroid testing" yet elected to test them for other drugs.

What's worse, a fighter using steroids in training, or smoking weed in training?
