Boxing and Steroid Abuse - Shocking Facts!!!

Some shocking facts about massive weight gains made by famous boxers:

In 1977, Thomas Hearns weighed 137 lbs. in his second pro fight against Jerry Strickland.
In 1980, he weighed 145 lbs. against Sugar Ray Leonard.
In 1984, he weighed 154 lbs. against Duran.
In 1985, he weighed 160 lbs. against Marvin Hagler.
In 1999, he weighed 192 lbs. against Nate Miller.

That's over 50 lbs. of inexplicable muscle gain. Was Thomas Hearns on steroids?

In 1977, Sugar Ray Leonard weighed 139 lbs. against Willie Rodriguez.
In 1980, he weighed 147 lbs. against Thomas Hearns.
In 1989, he weighed 167 lbs. against Donny Lalonde.

That's close to 30 lbs. of muscle gain. Very su****ious. Was Sugar Ray Leonard on steroids?

In 1993, Oscar De La Hoya weighed 132 lbs. against Paris Alexander.
In 2004, he weighed 160 lbs. against Felix Sturm.

Thats almost 30 lbs. of muscle gain. Is Oscar De La Hoya on steroids?

At 16 years old Manny Pacquiao weighed 104 lbs. when he made his pro debut and he weighed 144 lbs. against Miguel Cotto. That's 60 lbs. of mass gain! Wow!

When he was 16 years old, Floyd Mayweather won the 1993 Golden Gloves title
    at 106 lbs.

The next year he won the 114 lbs. title and in 1996 he won the 125 lbs. Golden
    Gloves title.

Mayweather made his pro debut in 1996 at 130 lbs. against Roberto Apodaca.
In 2007, he fought Oscar De La Hoya at 150 lbs.

Thats 43 lbs. of muscle gain. Is Floyd Mayweather on steroids?

I'm really getting su****ious of boxing. Are they allowing their participants
to abuse steroids and performance enhancing drugs?

What do you people think? Should they allow Olympic style drug testing to avoid
    further abuses?

This is dumb. Every guy you named is a super tall guy or a guy like SRL who was a very big WW. Floyd is the only guy who wasnt and you had to go all the way back to his amature days. Alot of the guys you named is no different from what Paul Williams is doing now or Dawson starting at a lower weight. Thats night & day from this.

Sugar Ray Leonard was accused of doing steroids way before anyone had every heard of Manny Pacquiao.
