there are rumours going around as i read in one of the thousand blogs in the net that mayweather 's camp is at work/negotiations with berto to stepaside and give way to floyd vs shane, on march 13. same time as pacman vs. clottey.

will he give way if the price is right?

assuming, rumors are true.... though most often it's not, would you guys agree for berto to stepaside and giveway to one of the most wanted fights in ages?

I would say no because the fight is two weeks away, but if Berto gets a large chunk of cash, a spot in the co feature and a shot at the winner maybe they could offer enough value to make it happean.

They would have to offer Berto the world at this point, maybe Berto would do it since the Haiti thing might be distracting him but I find it pretty doubtful that they woud offer enough to make Berto let go of this oppurtunity (since I am sure he thinks he has a good shot to win and take a big step in his career).

It can Happen because according to G.leon of ********** Mayweather was asked to Vacate his WBC Welterweight Title By their manager Al Haymon so Berto can fight for it and i wouldnt be surprise if he asked Berto to step aside with some money, Especially with the Haiti disaster that Happened last week.
