There is only one "Prima Donna" here and that's 'Lil Floyd Jr.
Have you ever given the thought that Pacquiao values honor and dignity over money? Giving into the demands of conniving individuals who try very hard to destroy your good name through false accusations and "Smear Campaigns" just for the sake and love for "Money" is like giving your soul to the Devil. The Pacman won't do that.
I believe this is the result of Mayweather and Associates failed "Smear Campaign" debacle. Team Pacquiao and Bob Arum have essentially punished 'Lil Floyd by casting him aside for a new Pacman opponent. They've had enough of Pretty Boy's "Mind Games" and have successfully shutdown his manipulative ways. It's a victory for Team Pacquiao in a sense that they have left poor 'Lil Floyd out in the cold without any big "Pay Day." How sweet it is for Team Pacquiao to know that the people causing problems and head aches for them aren't going to be making any decent money at Manny's expense.
Once again, Pacquiao isn't refusing to be tested. It is the time table for these tests that he dislikes. As I had stated above, if it weren't for the Mayweather and Associates "Smear Campaign" which greatly upset Team Pacquiao and his promotions team, the contractual agreement to this fight would not have been so difficult to fulfill. But due to the unreasonable demands of Team Mayweather along with their reluctance to accept the 24-day drug testing cutoff time, Team Pacquiao has finally said, "Enough is enough. We're moving on." With that said, we all can realize that Pacquiao has better things to do other than to be manipulated by conniving individuals in the sport of boxing.

In the beginning when the Mayweathers brought this up I know it was a power play, to get in to Manny's head. Floyd was serious but it was a power play too. It was the perfect way to gain mental superiority before the fight. But , now it has come to all of this, back and forth negotiation and internet speculation and finally to a Neutral mediator. So at first I did'nt think Pac should take any tests that are not in place already but now that it has come to this if he still wants the fight he will have to step up and take some tests that he isnt used to taking. He has to do it now, because he has many doubters and Pac wants everyone to like him so he's gonna have to do this. It really is him that is holding up the fight but I know he wants the fight, and I think that is what the ESPN guys think too, they just want him to take the tests already. I defended pac all the way until last week but after the mediation fell through, it is clear that the only fullproof testing is blood testing and he just needs to understand that it does not affect his performance in the ring.

Kenny uses the logic that he can't contradict his false parallel with the case of baseball/Mark Mcgwire, so therefore he has to blaim Pacquioa.

I just lost some respect for Teddy Atlas. He was clearly trying to play both sides of the fence instead of keeping it real. How can you agree with Mayweather that the best way to make sure that somebody isn't using PEDs is to randomly test them, then blame Mayweather for requesting more stringent testing? He talked out of both sides of his mouth.

Manny can sue all he wants. Bottomline is the fact he failed to agree for random testing leaves a question mark on everyone's minds. Especially considering what was at stake.

Have you given any thought that the Pacman can get caught for steroid use with after fight blood and urine tests? Can his supposed "Use" of steroids before the fight be so exacting as to its timing of ingestion that all traces of any anabolic steroid chemical(s) can be precisely timed to be undetectable? If you have proof that this is possible to do, please feel free to present it for everyone to peruse.
