Clottey lost to former linear WW champion Carlos Tata Baldomir the same guy who Floyd shut out to win the linear WW title. Which puts a rest to all hater BS that Mayweather has never fought a real WW. But now all of sudden him fighting Pac is the biggest thing since Ali/Frazier. I swear these haters will try to push anything of on the public to discredit Floyd Money Mayweather.

Anybody who is not disappointed by Pacs refusal to accept random drug testing & make the biggest fight in history but will praise this guy for fighting a guy like Joshua Clottey is not a fan of boxing. They are a fan or a hater of a certain boxer. And it is fans like these that are ruining the sport.

That was my original post. Where did I ever say Clottey was ****ty? What real boxing fan doesn't want to see the 2 best fighters fight? Why would Pac fight Clottey instead of fighting the biggest fight in history? Stop putting words in my mouth.

Clottey thoroughly dominated Baldomir and was awarded the win through a dq.

It might not have been as bad as Lorenzo winning a title against Humberto Soto through disgraceful acting but Clottey is by far a much better fighter than Baldomir.

Also Baldomir was not even ranked in the top 10 at welterweight by any sanctioning body at the time he beat judah. he was just a stay busy quick tuneup that scored the upset of a lifetime against an infinitely better fighter with the mental discipline of a 12yr old who had an embarassingly off night.

I read the rest of it when you reposted it as part of your reply to me other post. I initially stopped after your first sentence, which is a foolish use of triangular theorism. Clottey lost to Baldomir by DQ in a fight he controlled, and Baldomir was dominated by PBF, so in your mind that means Pac-Clottey is a joke fight. That's rubbish.

When people say PBF never faced a real WW, they are referring to an elite test. You obviously know they don't mean sheer size, as it's obvious Baldo is a real WW. You're just looking for something to ***** about, just as those who bash Floyd with that bull**** are.

Nobody can deny that Floyd captured the WW world title, regardless of who he won it from. But don't try to up Baldomir as a highlight opponent on Floyd's resume because anyone with 2 eyes can see he is not. Just like anyone with 2 eyes can see Baldomir's DQ win over Clottey in a fight where Clottey dominated him is not worth bragging about.

Pac-Clottey is not a ****ty fight in any sense. It just isn't as big a fight as Pac-Floyd. You can support PBF without being a nuthugger mate. Don't sink to that level. Everyone is disappointed with the fight not happening. Just hope he beats Clottey and we can see the match later this year.

Nah dog, you are incorrect sir. He was DQ'd for hitting low or something, till then, he was dominating the fight. Same thing in the Margs fight- dominating till he hurt his hand. Only legit loss was Cotto and he beat himself there, had Cotto backpeddling in the second half and took his foot off the gas in the 11th and 12th
