For starters Taylor just started fighting Middleweights and he hasn't fought a good one either in his last fight (Edouard). Hopkins comes in very heavy during fight time so Taylor will have a size advantage, but not as much as he's use to having Tyalor also showed in several of his previous fights that he can't handle a jab and Hopkins has a very stiff one (Lol stiff one..) what he uses to set up basically everything else he does. Taylor is a good combination puncher at time, but he tends to come in with his head he we throws those combos. If we can see a good Hopkins come into the ring on July 16th, Hopkins will outbox him, frustrate him, and do more and more damage to him as the fight goes on. If Hopkins doesn't put him on his back, which I think he can, his corner will eventually retire him. Hopkins power isn't crazy power, but it's enough to make any fighter in that division respect him..he also has good accuracy with his punches.

P.S. No offense taken. Just stating your point. I can understand that.

P.P.S. As far as the Toney will KO Vitali, he will. He's going to punish him to the body, until he can take no more.

Hopkins vs. Taylor - Just a classic case of one fighter trying to run before he walk. Why he's trying to **** with the big dogs? I don't know..

nah man, Hopkins' chin is too good and he knows how to use the ring when he's under fire. No one's getting KO'ed in this fight.

That post was a mini masterpiece Jack. I would of course hit you up for karma in explaining that, but I have to spread it around again.

I want Taylor to win but frankly i think Hopkins is going to win. Taylor hasnt really been tested, something tells me Bernard didnt choose the fight for nothing.

Hopkins will use his ring smarts to win this by UD. Taylor may have the talent but not the experience. I think Taylor might give Hopkins too much respect at the early rounds, and that might give Hopkins a definate advantage.

Jack teh rippah, the original? That was a damn good post. I agreed with it ... with reservations.

Good post Jack!!! I can see the fight unfolding the same way. Taylor's gonna get Xecuted in this one. Hopkins is gonna take the young buck to school.

Taylor is the "next in line" to be undisputed middleweight champ just like the card is billed. Taylor is too young, too smart, too strong, to fast punches with to much accuracy, speed and strenghth, for Hopkins at 40 to win against him.
