You personally think.... but that doesn't mean or guarantee Floyd wants the fight.

Hopefully Floyd will fight them for the sake of boxing and the sports as a whole.

Rubbish, he agreed to random blood tests up to 24 days before the fight, plus a blood test immediately after the fight, plus random urine tests up to the day of the fight. Most drugs experts say that that's more than adequate to detect any abuse, and it's far more than most boxers agree to.

And the hypocrisy of GBP is incredible. They refused to agree to Mosley taking any blood tests in his proposed fight with Judah, on the grounds that it was wrong to single Mosley out for special treatment. Yet they imply Pacquiao is guilty of abuse simply because he wouldn't agree to their terms.

And unlike Mosley, there is no solid reason whatsoever to suspect Pacquiao of drug abuse.

Because people are ignorant idiots. The reason Pacquiao wouldn't agree to Mayweather's terms was that he deeply resented the McCarthyite "guilty until proved innocent" claims that GBP and Mayeather were putting on him, and the almost racist claims about the Philippines being a hot-bed of drugs abuse (which is untrue). The man is driven more than anything by self-respect and by patriotism, which is why he almost pulled out of the DLH and Hatton fights over purse share; and that's what's motivating his actions in this case as well.

IMO, it was a clear duck by Mayweather, who was looking for a way to stymie the fight without his fans calling him a ducker, and who found a very clever but very malicious way to do so. If he'd been genuine he'd have had the negotiations completely in secret and not made any implied accusations of guilt. By doing the opposite, he was clearly trying to kill the fight, but in such a way that he wouldn't look bad to his fans. Sadly, his fans appear to have been taken in.

Unfortunately, that's just not true. And it really is unfortunate, Dave.

Could you expand on why you are certain that what I said is untrue?

The three tests were in the initial contract and were agreed to from the get-go. The issue has been and ended with when the tests would be administered.

i realize that but this is the kind of stuff I want to hear rumors about!! If this does happen then no one can ever say a damn thing about pbf's greatness and that he should be considered and ATG if the the greatest...

Yeah, hopefully Floyd will do it w/o IF's & BUT's.

I see no contradiction between your statement and what I said.
