Sugar Ray didn't walk all over Hagler like Manny did to Cotto/Morales/Diaz e.t.c
Howzit my Bru!! Sugar Ray did knock out the reigning light-heavyweight champion though, how does a former welterweight do that?

He made Lalonde go from 175 to 168 so he could win the WBC titles at both divisions.

No, only Thomas Hearns and his camp suggesting that Leonard was on steroids.

I scored Hagler winning that fight.

Although that was really a great fight, except when Leonard was running around the ring and show boating.

Didn't the hitman go all the way up to cruiserweight?

Yeah, Hearns won a minor belt at CW.

He was supposed to fight Bobby Czyz in the 90s, but I guess negotiations fell through.

I was just a kid watching all this with my dad when all this was happening, I didn't know that Hearns accused him of steroids. Did anything ever become of it or was it just trash talking?

Leonard went up 21 pounds. Pac went up 41 pounds.

Plus, it is 10x as hard to make that kind of movement in the lower weight divisions than it is in the higher weight divisions.
