It was like 350 or something...still **** considering Mayweather did like 300 something with Baldimir.

Please discuss the title/topic of this thread and not the unnecessary details that I added. If I would not have put that one little detail there, which other one would you have nitpicked?
Its not nitpicking when the disparity between 200 and 350-400 is quite large and your thread is relative Mosley's draw power.

A great fighter fights on HBO, which we have to pay for anyway.
But his fights with other names aren't costing us an extra $50 a pop.
          That's just awful.
          Let's all ***** about it.
Floyd fans are a funny bunch.

            Oscar (retired)
            Cotto

            And who else exactly??

It takes two to tango for the most part. Put Mosley against a Mayweather or a Pacquiao etc and it will be a great PPV success. Thats true for pretty much anyone in the game right now.

Shane Mosley should be a draw by this point. It's very strange that he is not.

Hatton is also a draw imo, Marquez has done very decent numbers in PPVs also(1.5Million in two fights).

You guys are missing the point. Take away mayweather & pac and shane is one of the biggest names in boxing....and he's still not a big PPV draw.

There are not many big PPV draws any more in boxing period.

Hatton's PPV's were against Floyd & Pac and JMM's did best against Pac as well.

Have Hatton fight Urango on PPV and see how many americans buy it. He was never a big draw in the US, imo, he just brought his fans and a lot of worldwide press.

As for shane, maybe people thought he was done by now (HBO). I dont know...

Mosley-Cotto did not sell no 350400 come on man. that **** sold 250k-300k I wasn't off by much.

That's like saying someone was off for saying Marquez-Mayweather sold 1Mill when in fact they sold 1.1mill. Big deal, that's just obviously trying to be too technical with it.

You said it takes two to tango and I agree with you. Now where did Urango come from? Margarito had a Mexican following behind him, and he was the hottest(no ****) Mexican boxer at the time he fought Mosley. Margarito-Mosley could have been PPV material, but I don't know why it wasn't, maybe because of Mosley but I could be wrong.
