Yuri is better than Jennings, though he isn't much of a brawler, he has good movement and can defend himself. Will Cotto beat him, YEAH, will it be easy, NO.

This is a great fight for Cotto. The extra weight is gonna give him more power and make training camp less about making weight and more about strategy. In his last 2 fights he looked skinnier than usual maybe because his body is growing and 147 is not his natural fighting weight anymore. Against Judah, Mosley and Margarito he had more meat on him. Against Clottey and especially Pacquiao (145 lbs) he was skinny which takes something off those power shots to the body. If Foreman doesn't run for 12 rounds, Cotto could stop him late. And then go after the top guy at 154 (Martinez or PWill) in the Garden.

I hope that HBO decides to pass on this fight with Yuri and Cotto though. I know I might sound like a hater, but this fight doesn't interest me because Cotto has always blown out fighters in one-sided exhibition type matches when they didn't have the power to get his respect. Make room for a better match up.
