Arum went on record all excited about it and said he'd try
to ask Pac in the Philippines. (That's probably what you
remember). IIRC, Pac said sure, exact same cutoff as the
blood test for the Hatton bout.

Then the truth came out about when the blood footage was
shot: it was 24 days prefight, not 14. That's why the line
got drawn at 24, whereas Arum's original demand was 30.
When I heard about all this, I swear I thought this was some kind of BAD JOKE.

Oh I forget: I'm afraid of needles. Oh wait, no, it's against my religion. Oh wait no it's my superstition, no wait it's never been done before, no no I got it, it'll drain me. What's that? Floyd is taking the same tests? Uh...well uh...the commission is owned by Floyd and Golden boy and uh yeah he's an *******.

Yes both act like divas. Good call

so do i and i couldn't give two ****s about floyd or floyd fans not getting what they wanted

i wanted to see floyd in MANY MANY MANY fights...they didn't happen...i'm used to it

there's more to boxing than those two and i look forward to Berto-Mosely, the 2nd round of the Super 6, PAC-Clottey and whatever else 2010 brings

PAC-PBF not happening doesn't bother me...floyd can go back into a 3rd retirement with his '0' in tact but by that time, a majority of fights fans will have already figured out the pattern

Pacquiao fought the second ranked welter in Cotto.
Mayweather fought Marquez who was jumping up two divisions..

Yeah.. I'd say that Pacquiao > Mayweather right about now.
And you are ****** because I'm not even a Pacquiao fan.

Oh I got you mixed up. Floyd hater. My bad.

In any case very few of those matter. Floyd will draw fine as evidenced by his JMM fight that wasnt supposed to draw anything.

Your comment about 'who beat common opponents more decisive" just shows your boring bias.

I think both sides should get blamed, but neither side will ever admit to it.

If Mayweather was serious about drug testing. He actually had more to worry about with Marquez because Juan Manuel was coming up from lightweight to welterweight in the span of 7 months. Why wasn't he worried about Marquez possibily cheating to make the weight? How come he didn't find it su****ious that Ricky Hatton could consistently slim down from around a fat 200 lb to a 140-147 fighting machine? I'm not saying any of those guys are on anything but Pacquiao is hardly the first fighter Floyd has faced you could voice su****ion about taking PEDs.

On the flip side, Pacquiao's team ultimately walked away from the fight over a difference of 10 days for blood testing. He did make a compromise by agreeing to the tests, but 30 days and 24 days and 14 days shouldn't have been a hold up to makig the biggest fight ever. Arum didn't take the negotiations seriously once Cowboys Stadium was out of the picture and seemed to actively look for ways to stop negotiations instead of trying to save the fight.

I think if everyone here turned off their blinders they would see that both sides were idiotic during this whole thing.

by your logic, ANY boxer from this point on that doesn't submit to random blood testing should have an * next to their name...fair enough
