He's been a welterweight for few years now and he doesn't have any of the elite welters on his resume (no Williams, Margo, Cotto, Mosley, Collazo, Cintron, Berto, and now not even Pacquiao)

He had JMM (a lightweight) and Hatton (a junior welter) as his last two fights!

Is this pound-for-pound worthy at all ???

Well hatton only had one fight at welter and he won a belt from collazo and even knocked him down. You claim Collazo as a top 10 so surely ricky has to count as a top ten welter too, maybe not a top 5 but certainly a top ten. He also beat Oscar who was a 154 beltholder, that has to count for something.

So his last 4 fights he beat the lineal ww champ, a 154 pound champ, an undefeated 140 champ who had fought and beat a top 10 ww while winning a belt at ww, and beat a top 5 p4p fighter who moved up too much in weight as a tune up after a long layoff.

If Pac had KO'd Floyd would you not mention his name as another elite top 5 ww fighter that pac had beaten?
