24 days before hand, minus the 4 or 5 days of recovery leaves just over 3 weeks before fight time; hell week, plus one extra to get back on stride before hell week.

Real boxings fans do. Real boxing fans will questions themselves on why would they had no problem upon agreeing with the testing procedure, but days later they declined to accepted the request. It's their quotes, not mine. Why would they even said that they wouldn't had any problems with the test, and that Mayweather can asked for whatever kind of testing that he wants? Why would they changed their words weeks later? Or how about when they said, 3 or 5 days would of been okay, but they still declined Floyd's last 14 days cut-off request. Only few Pac fans thinks that, Manny, Bob, Roach, and the rest of the people in Manny's camp are 100% honest, and has never told lies to the public eyes. Real Boxing fans will do research and questions their quotes.

You cannot blame Pac for this fallout since he wasn't the one who strayed from any rules. If the NSAC decides that Olympic-style random blood testing is a requirement, I have no doubt that Manny would comply with the
rules. But I don't think he necessarily has to comply with testing rules put up by the Mayweather commission because there is no such commission. (Even though he already compromised by agreeing to random blood testing up to 24 days before the fight and immediately after the fight, plus unlimited urine testing).

We, as boxing fans, cannot hold Manny accountable to rules that have not been set by the governing body AND have never been required of any other boxer in the entire history of the sport, and label him as a cheat based solely on his refusal, with to other proof to show for it.

Manny has already agreed to 24 day window and immediately after the fight! If he were on any kind of PED's or whatever, he would not agree to any kind of blood testing or unlimited urine testing because he will risk getting caught ! Most experts will tell you that these PED's, or HGH's can stay in the body for a cycle of 40 days! So why would Manny even agree to any kind of blood testing within a month's window?

And another thing, this should be supervised by the governing body, the NSAC, and the right thing to do would be to petition this through them.

It just isn't right to create your own rules and expect your opponent to comply with your rules!

Your opponent has a right to refuse if he feels he is the bigger draw, and refusal alone, without any solid proof , does not constitute guilt.
