In the end the fighters that Floyd beats will fall into the list of "jokes" for some people. but at the time he fought the 2 men to beat at 147lbs. I remember everyone swore up and down that Floyd was ducking Baldo when he fought Judah, then he turned into a joke.
Timothy Bradley NEEDS to run his mouth!

Why does everything have to be such a hassle with this ****ing guy? Getting him to fight legit comp is like pulling wisdom teeth.
I hate the little bastard. All he does is clog up the sport with his useless bulll****.

You're right no use in discussing things rationally with people who refuse to accept it.Comment

You know Hatton was for cash and JMM was a tune up after a lay off.
Hatton called him out and just so happened to be A MAJOR draw. Everyone wanted to see that fight.Comment

A loss is a loss. Hardly embarrassing to move up and get beat by a WW like Floyd. But point is why risk it? Bradley is not yet done at 140. A loss in a big fight gets him paid but still squanders the momentum he's been building as of late. I understood Urango doing this against Berto since he's nothing special and didn't have much going at 140. He was just a guy with a belt. Bradley is pushing for p4p status and is in position to consolidate the the JWW titles. He shouldn't sacrifice that head of steam to be a whipping boy for Floyd.Comment

Hatton also beat Collazo; who most had beating the current WBC WW Champ Berto. None of us here could say Hatton wasn't a legit win at 147, especially considering the fact that the dude blows up to 180-200.Comment

This is why boxing is such a pathetic sport.
Can you imagine if anyone in a legitimate sport like a Kobe bryant said: "I don't think I'll play the Celtics because i don't like the owner"...
People would think the NBA is a corrupt joke.
The way boxing is.
