To be quite candid yes. Have we not learned enough from history, motives, su****ions, actions, excuses and quite frankly threats of lawsuits. Any clean athlete or man would have been more than happy to prove their innocence and greatness while making an insane amount of money while getting to punch their accuser in the face repeatedly.

Do you think pac has been taking/or is taking PED's?
I think it is very fishy that he would deny random blood tests if he has nothing to hide. If I have to answer yes or no then... YES.

Do you think the reason he is refusing the 14 days before the fight cut off because he infact take PED's.

If so , do you think this explains his crazy KO power.
To take steroids and play sports you need to CYCLE them (to not get caught). The cycling period normally goes 30 days or so on, and 30 days off. If the drug testing went Pacquiao's way he wouldn't have started taking them yet(29 days cut off). If it went Mayweather's way(14 days cut off), there is no way to hide it because it is in the middle of the cycle on period.

Do you think he will KO Clottey?
NO!!! Because Paul Williams couldn't do it, Cotto couldn't do it, Margarito couldn't even do it. Two of those three aren't true WWs, they are true MWs(Marg and PWill). So if a true MW can't KO him. How the hell can a true JWW KO him?

As there will be no ped tests, do you think he will use PED's?
I wouldn't automatically accuse him of PEDs just because he beat Clottey. If Pacquiao were to KO Clottey, which is something NO ONE has been able to do so far, not even the top elite boxers. It would be INCREDIBLY FISHY that Pacquiao a guy who was a light flyweight is able to KO a man who would come to fight 170lbs or higher.

            No biased views please
My comment is 100% unbiased. If you go through my posting history, I dont put Pacquiao down at all. Hell, I even bet on him to beat Cotto. (ask Jack D. Ripper for proof)

It's just crazy fishy that you would turn down a fight because of random blood testing. Even if it makes you feel weak, as long as it isn't the day of the fight why would you care? Freddie even said Manny feels weak for 4-5 days after getting his blood drawn....

Something aint right with Pacquiao's camp.

                  I mean, he could be.

its really very unfortunate that its come to this point of me doubting him, but he had the chance to clear all this up and just call Floyd's bluff. Calling Floyd's bluff would have given him mental advantage anyways. It'd be like he was telling Floyd, "You are a child and I will punish you after this nonsense is over"

Instead, he turned down a 40 million dollar payday because he was unwilling to take a blood test 2 weeks prior to the fight. take away all the spin, and that's what happened.

Chances are, he is on something. Sadly
