Morales is a harder puncher than Barrera, common opponents, Ayala, and Kelley have both stated so.

Boxing is a sport of styles, while yes, Barrera did beat Morales and Morales did in fact win at least one of their matches. Hurt Barrera repeatedly. And even scored a legitimate KD that wasnt counted.

Saying that because Morales lost to Barrera he will loose to Pacquiao is the most ****** thing you can say. I bet Junior Jones wishes that was true.

I always think that Morales is a very skilled fighter, one that can slug, box & counterpunch from different angles. Among the three, I would say that JMM is the best schooled, Barrera the smartest and Erik the most skillful. Having said that, Morales is probably the least smart among the three, coz he is the one that has the tendency to let his emotion dictate his decision especially in the ring. Just look at what happened between him and Barrera. I know he has a big hatred for MAB but his actions toward MAB only suggest that he has difficulty of contolling his emotion.

He is the best example of Mexican pride and machismo. This is the same reason why he always engages himself into a brawl in most of his fights. For him, not backing down to his opponent is the true mark of a man. So far this style has done good things for him. having only lost to his arch-nemesis Barrera. But the Morales of those years is fading away. I think that he is no longer the fast, powerful and hungry fighter that he was once before. And as Manny boxing expart said, he is now on the downside of his career.

Erik can't truly fully respect pac's power since he hasn't tasted it yet. I have this feeling that he will try to go toe to toe with Pac in the first two rounds. If this happens, Pac will surely land some of those straight lefts making Erik respect Pac's power. At this point, Erik will have second thought about his moves and will find himself moving backwards allowing Manny to dictate the tempo of the fight. If this situation continues, I think that a 100% Pac would KO him in the 5th or 6th round.

all the fights morrales and MAB fights were close as hell, you cant bad mouth any one of them for winning of losing. Pacqiao doesn't know what he is in for..

Morales took the 2nd fight
but got his ass whooped in the 1st and last fight.
Pacman will destroy him early in the fight.
but Morales will pick it up in the later rounds...

Where are you now Morales fans? Morales can't win a MAB fight. You know why? MAB is smarter, patient, and powerful than Morales. I think if it is not for their 1st fight it would have been 3 to 0 and I think MAB still won that controversial fight. How much more if it is Pacman.
