Question: Did Arum want Pac vs PBF to be in Dallas?

I was thinking the same thing yesterday. Even posted it in a few of the Clottye-Pac threads. It was my first thought when I heard Pac-Clottey was going to be held at Texas Stadium. How much truth there is to this theory we really dont know.

Arum killed the fight on purpose, imagine the feeling in his stomach when Pac loses to Mayweather and GBP, he'd rather Clottey beat him and set up a rematch, and continue to play his childish game.

Something no one has mentioned {As far as I've read} is how did Clottey vs Pacman end up at Dallas stadium.

It seems that Arum has some type of financial thing going on with Jerry Jones and wanted Pac to face Mayweather in Dallas Stadium. And since Mayweather insisted on it happening in Vegas {Along with the testing debacle} Arum turned totally against the fight.

I think there is a lot more reasons WHY the fight between Floyd & Pac didn't happen and it has something to do with deals Arum was looking to make on the side.

The drugs that FLoyd is using for his brittle hands are only legal in NEVADA. which means he cant use it in texas.

Arum and GBP have everything programmed...look Clotey lost to Cotto, now Clottey gets to fight PAC and have a huge Pay, PBF will fight another GBP fighter (marquez gets more PPV rating and gets Hatton), after that maybe Mosley (Big $PPV), and after that they´ll meet at the end of 2010 or beginning of 2011...Instead of milking 1 fight and loosing one of them PPV and rep power a bit, they will get 1 fight in PAC or probably 2, same to PBF before the final and biggest money fight...along with more promotion time.

More time for Roach to prepare PAC to PBF style, as he previously said, and as Bhop said that it wouldn´t happen early 2010, PAC camp didn´t want the fight now, afraid to loose or whatever reason Arum has...we were played...LOL

you make it sound like if Floyd doesnt have the shots then his hands will break into dust or something. Thats how everyone is acting now. People make it sound like without it then he is nothing. isn't it funny that after schaeffer refused to consider the dallas site , all the negotiations turned to ****?

no one ever brings up that angle. that "might" be more responsible for killing the negotiations than anything.

uncle bob was not too happy that they shot down his dallas/arlington proposal without even considering it.
