    Because Pacman did it.

After he fought Oscar at 147.

He was big, fast and damn strong at that weight.

So what does Pac do..turn around and demands that Cotto put his belt on the line at 145 Pounds. Why???

Why can't Cotto come in at the limit of 147? Why? Who is Pacman to DEMAND this?

Then there are also rumors that they put fight night weight restrictions on pacs opponents. Remember when Floyd needed "Wiggle room". He was talking about fight night weight. Why would Floyd want to fight Pac at 154?

There is also reports that he will fight Clottey at 144 Pounds. If Clottey comes in the ring anything less then 165 Pounds.. Ill firmly believe that they use weight restrictions on fight night.

All this after saying they wanted to fight Foreman at 154 Pounds.

And Pac didnt turn down Foreman becasue of the WEIGHT.

It was because he was tall..the weight wasnt an issue.

THATS WHY PAC GETS THE FLACK HE DOES.

Who's blaming Manny Pacquiao because of his skin color? The guy is the face of boxing right now, and the media golden boy. How can you guys complained about a few people hating on him? Of course there are going to be haters regardless of what you do. You think everyone likes, *****, Tiger Woods, LeBron, ect. Pacquiao fans shouldn't even be complaining about anyone hating on Manny because they spent most of their times trying to discredited and insulting Floyd without any reasons even when he's no longer the face of boxing. Floyd has more haters, but you don't see much of Floyd's fans complaining as much as Manny's fans. Unlike most Pac fans, Floyd fans respect Floyd for what he possess in the ring, not outside the ring. Most fans cares about their athletes, not what they are or do with their personal lives.

That's funny considering it's mostly Mayweather and Mayweather fans trying to bring down Pac.

People are acting like he is making his own rules because he is. Bernard Hopkins did not get Pavliks 160 belt when he beat him, but Pacquiao was able to take Cottos 147 belt when Cotto was not allowed to weigh 147. What kind of BS is that?!

Take you racial goggles off for just one second and compare what Pacquiao is doing outside the ring compared to what others are doing.

Pacquiao wages his battle on the scales by weight draining fighters , through lawsuits, through litigation, through Bob Arum...all of these sheinangans outside the ring and its starting to overshadow what he does inside the ring.

I am still waiting for you PM, on the real with you I know is not race. I know is more hate for the man then anything else. He fought Oscar at 147 because Oscar calls the shots in every one of his fights. Just like how Oscar fought Sturm at 160 and then fought Hopkins at a catch-weight of 157. Because Oscar calls the shots. If you honestly believe that Oscar accepted a demand from team Pac of not allowing to re-hydrate himself then you are delusional. Nobody tells Oscar what to do... No commission will allow that it very dangerous for a fighter. But, again your hate has no bounds so you believe every negative thing about Pac.

Even if he has one more catch-weight fight, which I doubt he will fight Clottey at 147, but if he did he will still have the same amount than so many other ATGs. But, yet he gets criticized the most...

Chavez and Whitaker fought for the lineal WW belt not no bull**** WBO belt but for the real championship at a catch-weight of 145 just like Pac-Cotto. So again Pac is not making up the rules...
