If you got to the airport, and they told you to take off your shoes, and you said "I will take off my left shoe. But I will leave my right shoe on. You can check my left shoe all you want, but you can not check my right shoe", what would people think?

If you applied for a job, and the Hiring Manager asked you to take a drug test on the 8th, but you said, "not on the 8th. I will take the test on the 23rd", what would people think?

I felt Pac could have taken the test now that he's fighting Clottey and not Mayweather. So he good prove to Mayweather that he didn't like the fact that Mayweather were demanding it, but wanted to prove he's clean.

He has no reasons now not to take the test because he didn't like Mayweather demands and taking the blood test two weeks before the fight doesn't sound so bad. He has to take the damn test at some point while still showing he still the same super fighter he's shown to be.

That is also a good question......had Oscar not agreed to it...there would have never been a fight. The only difference is that Oscar could have came in overweight if the penalties were just a few thousand dollars just a Mayweather did against Marquez. Mayweather never had a history of coming in overweight before but he took advantage of it because JMM team was ******. Both fights were fights not in their division, there's a bigger possibility of not coming in the right weight.

Now prior to Pacquiao enforcing these fines, who decided what the penalties were?

Well Victor Conte is su****ious of manny Pacquiao also.

And pac's actions have made carlos palomino, shane mosley, MA barrera, matt hatton, tim bradley, etc all question - PUBLICLY - why pac wouldn't test if he is clean.

Exactly the way he's looking now he would probably destroy Juan Manuel Marquez and some of his past rivals. He's very strong, but he's also been able to take some punishment without feeling much pain. I mean he broke or fracture his hand, but he was still fighting like he had no pain on it.

Good post…but just because he's kicking ass doesn't means he's taking PED. I think the existing rules and regulations are more than enough to determine if a fighter is cheating or not.

It’s the boxing commission job to determine if the existing testing procedures need to be updated and/or modified and not by the boxer’s su****ions.

I vouch for the boxing commission knowledge about testing procedures than the so-called accusers.
