I mean if those things are used against Pac can he win this case?


And if Pacquiao so but hurt about the allegations why not ask for hundreds of thousands or millions instead of 75,000?

Floyd's not going to lose in that frivilous lawsuit because he hasn't said Pacquiao is on steriods or peds. All he said was that the Philliphines has the best Peds. For all we know that may be true. Even if it wasn't you can't read between the lines to win a lawsuit. Too much gray area.

Please give me one quote where he says Manny uses illegal drugs. Floyd will be quickly dropped from the lawsuit and it will continue with Mayweather Sr.(who doesn't have millions) and Golden Boy & Richard Shaefer(who does have millions)

They can use Prima Facie evidence against Floyd Jr., this is used normally in criminal court proceedings but I doubt it this will be allowed by the judge.

$75,000 is the minimum amout anyone is able to file a lawsuit, Pacquiao will be awarded between $50-100 million as he is 100% certain to win
