Since Pacquiao is a public figure, he needs to establish malice on the part of Floyd Jr. and Sr. for his lawsuit to prosper.

Here's what I dug up. This does not include all the other statements made by Mayweather Sr, as cited in the legal brief submitted by Pacquiao's lawyer.

    Floyd Mayweather Sr.:

"I don't think he can beat Lil' Floyd with steroids in him or not." (Grand Rapids Press)

"Man, that guy is on something. There's no way in the world he's going to be walking back a big man like that...I know Floyd is the best, but when your opponent uses something illegal, even the best can get hurt." (Sports Illustrated)

    Floyd Mayweather Jr.:

The Rugged Man interview, where he comments on Pacquiao saying the Philippines has the best illegal steroids.

defamation per se, with malice involved.

If the case is filed in a state that recognizes "per se" defamation, where the allegations are presumed to cause damage to the plaintiff, the case will roll.

Attacks on a person's professional character or standing are considered per se defamation.

Regarding the "matter of opinion defense," accusing someone of being a lousy boxer is opinion.

Accusing someone of using illegal drugs without valid proof is defamation.

      The TS should be forewarned.

I mean if those things are used against Pac can he win this case?

And if Pacquiao so but hurt about the allegations why not ask for hundreds of thousands or millions instead of 75,000?

*******ed`s i`m dying to hear from ya`ll especially cause ya`ll amuse when ya`ll say these idiotic things in an attempt to appear intelligent.
He doesn't exactly get a tatoo the week before the fight right?

on hindsight, you can refer to the defamation case that BHop lost as a matter of jurispridence.

          Have a good day

Who cares as long as the lawsuit is pursued, we all need to learn to fight against bullies. And this is one way.

FYI. USD 75,000 is the minimum that a plaintiff can demand as reparation in a US court. The judge decides what amount to reward the plaintiff if he wins the case.

needless piercing the skin, and needles drawing blood are two different cases.

the blood contains, hemoglobin which carries oxygen to the body

resulting in better saturation rates, and improved endurance with power.

all of the sudden gayweather is demanding this out of the regular rule drug test

method, and pac isn't obligated to agree, and then he make conclusions with

no base or proof. and he will answer to someone because of that.

this is the real world, and in here ******ity doesn't pay.

pac will win this lawsuit. its a no brainer, why the hell would he sue in the

                first place anyways.

This should put a lot of students to school or buy a high-tech equipment for Pac's hospital.

the blood test is not the main subject of pac's lawsuit. the statements made by the mayweathers and gbp are.

gbp are gonna get sued too by top rank, according to arum, because of conflict of interest issues.

gbp still owns a portion of pacquiao, under an agreement it had signed with top rank.

when the dust settles, all gbp will end up are two lawsuits and lost income.
