True, plus Arum and Roach has come out and said 147. Even Clottey manager said it is at 147. They know the backlash they will get if they make it a catchweight... I don't get why jump on every little negative thing about each fighter without for a fact if it is going to happen or not...

To be fair, I believe the fight would happen at 147 but Team Pacqauio needs to get there house in order, They contradict themselves too much because he has too many people saying different things to be Media without concurring with each other first, Like you said people just like to jump on anything negative.
