He shouldn't sacrifice too many good training days too close to the fight, unless ordered to do so. If urinalysis is good enough, then it should have been enough. Either way, if he's affected by it, he shouldn't be forced to drain himself. In a controlled environment, they could check if he's taking drugs, or not.

Are you seriously ******ed? If Manny is badly affected by blood tests, then that's his issue. It shouldn't be used against him during training! 50/50 is reasonable, as is the penalty. Why should Floyd be allowed to have an even larger weight advantage? Manny is already higher than what he is truly used to! Was this penalty thing something new? No, not really(one way or another)! Was Floyd's demand for testing? Yes, to my knowledge!

Dude. Not all people react to giving blood the same. Just like not all react the same to heights. It doesn't have to be a physical thing. I'm not in Manny's head, but I know people are different, and do react to some things differently. If you were afraid of heights, and had your knees shook on top of Eiffel tower, would you train real hard that day? I doubt it. May not be so dramatic in Manny's case, but maybe you'll get the point. So...he wouldn't be training during that testing period? If he has ample time for normal training, during those 24 days, then it may be acceptable. Is it really so hard to understand? Check yourself, before you accuse others of being ignorant.
