    That's what we called pride. Manny won't bow down to Floyd's demands. Neither will Floyd bow down to Manny's demands

    I guess Manny was already tired of the bluffing of Floyd. Just my thoughts.

        its all mind games with these guys ... all about who gets the last word in ... pac doesnt wanna do wat floyd says ... so pac says 24 days .. now floyd wants pac to go down to 14 days ... so if pac goes down to 14 days , floyd will be like yeah u do wat i say *****

          every state/country has their own commissions.

          there are so many fighters around the world.

          fighters don't always train in the country/state they are fighting at.

          it'll be very expensive and tough to implement.

              true, but for the big fights I think fighters will start asking for random blood tests, I know Cotto will for one (I don't think Pac is using anything but Cotto is probably su****ious now)

                i think they can implement something for the big fights.

                i don't know about the level floyd wants though.

                for all this talk of "olympic style testing" even olympians don't do 3-5 blood and 8-12 urine random tests in a space of 8-10 weeks.
