bottom line is this, there is no proof on pacquiao, and if there was, the commissions need to enforce it, not fighters. now the fighter has every right to be concerned for their health, but floyd hasn't done anything like this fighting other guys.
like i said, if the test were asked before the accusations then it would be another story, but floyd, gbp's, and company started accusing first and making demands second, all without any physical evidence, not one eye witness or anyone willing to come forth and testify against pacquiao!?!?!?

I think he only uses it during training camp, but you aren't allowed to use it during the week leading up to the fight IIRC. The NSAC would probably catch anybody that went in there doped up on Lidocaine since I believe you are banned from using it, in an actual contest.

Don't see the big deal out of it, if he's using it during training camp and since his hands are really bad. Maybe if he never had a history of breaking his hands, I'd think it was more sketchy.

painkillers are still considered PEDs, if a user simply wants to avoid pain, with the****utic use as a secondary or even non-existent reason.
