However, Xylocaine is proven to enhance a boxer’s performance.

Ok Floyd is willing to take a RANDOM test to show that he`s clean. What is Pac doing?Making excuses which make him look guilty. And a pain killer is just to numb your hands it does`nt really enhance your performance. And Pac is on roids.

How many states was it illegal in circa 2002?
There is no proof that Floyd took this, because I have seen no positive tests.
other than the fact that it's been shown before with floyd going into the doctors office for these shots here in nevada on interviews and i think on a 24/7 before.

and if i remember right floyd fighting out of nevada has hurt his hands before and has complained about his hands after fights, which he's done in NV before, but if i remember it was before he started with the shots.

either way, it's the pot calling the kettle black, and it's a substance banned in almost every other state in the sport of boxing.........

illegal or not, its still a additive that aides the fighter, which falls into PED......

Mayweather has fought in New Jersey and Portland since 2002 and he hasn't tested positive for it then either
