everyone is looking at his crack and his size, did anyone see him just beat the guy who Rahman, Oquado, and Golota couldn't beat. He is the champ, not a 4 time champ, just face it, is is a great fighter

The division may be on the down side, but that doesnt mean that James isnt in a fight with any of the other heavyweights.............Rockin'

Yep, I second that. Either way, they are both a ****ing disgrace. Ruiz could have atleast defended his heavyweight honor for once.

You know what, your right! I should give him credit for pulling it off, and that is as far as I go. But then having anyone say that he is the greatest for beating John ****ing Ruiz??? Then saying that he will kick Klitschko's ass is just ****ing crazy! But congradulations James Toney! It was ugly, and it was close, but you did win.

Keep in mind i have been saying Toney was the best HW for a long time, that just may be my opinion but i think his skills are far superior to anyone else in the Div with Bryd at a close second. I think his skills will overcome size, I don't think that makes me crazy.

I know you have, and Toney is good, maybe even great. But beating Ruiz doesn't make him a great heavyweight. Not even close. It does make him good though. He needs to beat Byrd atleast to be condidered near great. He ain't beating Klitschko! That is my opinion. If he does, I will congradulate him and I probably would think he is a great Heavyweight.

Toney is by far NOT the best heavyweight in the divison. He is dam lucky ruiz was not smothering his ass because the way he fought, he would have lost.

I don't think it was Toney slipping out and avoiding the clinches I think Ruiz just tryed something new.

Toney has no shot at VK, he would be creamed. Just look at the size advantage for one, VK knows how to put that jab in someones face, he knows how to move, which may look like running away I admit, but its effective at getting away, I think his akward style would make it impossible for toney to effectivly counter him all night and score.

Calling ruiz a bum right now isnt saying much for Toney either, like other people have said, Toney did not dominate Ruiz. Toney got the W tonight and for now that is all that matter I guess.

I give Ruiz major credit for fighting a different fight then he is used to, and not looking too bad.

Toney is going to let this win over this " bum " get to his head and step up to someone who is going to put his lights out.
