That's not the point. Floyd just doesn't have the leverage to demand even a simple blood test.
Manny has leverage power. The proof is, he was able to drag Cotto to 145 even though he is the champion. Cotto understood this.
It has to be on Manny's term from now on. Floyd should understand this now.

Three hours after giving blood i'm exactly the same as I was before. I think everyone is. And Pac isnt giving a lot of blood, just a sample. Pac should give the blood, take his bag of cookies, and be okay to fight Floyd two weeks later.
I keep telling myself this is some marketing ploy taken way too far. There is absolutely no reason for him not to agree to these terms if he's clean. Floyd is an ATG douche, but Pac is doing nothing but justifying the accusations by not agreeing to take the ****ing tests. Two weeks of no blood tests prefight? If he doesnt take this fight, even I'll think he has something to hide.

This is ****ing insane.
14 days is too close to the fight still. Not because its more likely pac will be caught doing anything savoury, but because it weakens him in his opinion. So he will not be 100% for training too close to the fight.
