I am saying urine testing can detect EPO. That is what you strongly believe Pac is on.

But, as you know urine testing can not I repeat can not detect HGH. But, I don't think blood testing can either. I think they just save it until they have a test for it later.

So as you know there are more than one PED's. That is why they perform blood testing. But, if they just want to test for and just EPO then urine will be enough. If Urine samples detects EPO, why did Shane Mosley test negative for EPO in the oscar rematch under NSAC Testing Which was fought in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand in 2003. After he admitted he used EPO for the oscar rematch to a grand jury!

I think there's was no EPO NSAC tests on that time as Kizer stated in his interview but they already have it now and can now be detected.
