Does the 10-day Difference in Testing Warrant PBF's Refusal to Accept Fight Deal?

What do fans think about the 10-day difference in the drug testing time table that is the main cause for the failure of this fight agreement?

Do you think PBF's refusal to accept the 24-day cutoff reasonable? Why?

14 days is sufficient because Roach was on record saying this..

"If they give me a 5-day window or something like that I have no problem with it," Roach said. "When they've drawn blood from Manny in the past he feels weaker for three or four days. It may be mental, but it's there."

now with the 14 days, its 9 MORE than what Roach said that he would be fine with.

I personally do not believe there should be a cut off time, but whatever. Fourteen days is fine.
