He can't be happy with losing out on a 40 million pay day, to fight clottey for a quarter of that. It's still good money to fight clottey but not 40 million. No I don't think the judge fail to relay the offer. Either there was an offer made and Top Rank rejected it or there was no offer made...

Just watch though, Mayweather won't fight anyone nearly as good as Clottey.

Mayweather, if he doesn't fight Pac, has no reason to sign to fight anyone ASAP.

Pac wants to fight in March so he can run in the election so he needs an opponent now who can fight in 8 weeks.

Even though Mayweather is in no hurry he will act like he cant wait 3 weeks to see who wins Berto-Mosley. He will hurry up and sign to fight someone sorry so that he doesn't have to deal with more public backlash for ducking Manny AND Shane.

Pac can fight Clottey then, (who is probably better than anyone PBF has ever faced at this point, and another tough fight for Pac) and PBF can have a warm up against matthew hatton. How does that sound?
