"It’s just like having sex before a fight. You’re not supposed to have sex before a fight, it makes you weak. If you mentally think that, it will. When Manny gives blood it takes him 3 or 4 days to recover from it. I am not going to have my fighter going into a fight feeling weak and not sure of himself".

So can the Pacquiao camp explain to the public why they won't accept a 14 day cut off please? because according to the man who trains Manny he only needs four days maximum to get over it, let alone FOURTEEN which is more than TRIPLE the amount of time.

Think about it. If he gets tested 17days or whatever number you can pick out and it takes 3-4 days to recover from it....then that's 3-4days of training that's just been deducted from training camp.

Yeah. But the point is the random blood test could be done anytime. How do we know that the testers wont turn up 2 days before the fight to draw blood from Manny. 4 or 5 days maybe fine, but if the test is to be random-taken at anytime, then how can you then tell the doping agency, you cant test manny 5 days prior to the fight. This defeats the object of RANDOM testing.

Come on guys. Were talking about a guy (who after a brutal day of training that would probably kill us) plays basketball every night. Are you telling me a little blood test is really going to hurt him? And 14 day cutoff would be put in the contract so no worries bout two days before the fight.

Manny follows what the commission ask. If the Commission ask every boxer to take the blood test no doubt Manny will abide.

But ask for Floyd to demand that test then perhaps he should create his own commission.
