just because the cut off day is 7 Days that does not mean that they will come test you 7 days before the fight, the point of the RANDOM DRUG TEST is to basically scare the opponents into stay clean because they don't know when they will be tested, why in the hell would you tell someone when you are coming to test them?

7 Days is just a window, they'll be administering random blood tests from the beginning of training up to 7 days prior to the fight, then 1 more right after the fight... meaning they could end the blood test 8 or 9 or 10 days prior to the fight, so the fighters still wouldn't know when the tests are gonna happen...
