Yep...but they spinned it saying asking for extra testing was a way to duck....only for Manny to get ko'd by JMM and demand extra testing from everyone and those same fans began to demand extra testing and are now accusing Floyd of being the steroid cheat...the entire situation has been flipped to fit their agenda and the entire story can be found in this very thread
