This is a 14 day cutoff for Random Drug Testing. I don't think it means that they have to test on the 14 day cutoff if the test was taken close to it

I did not vote simply because any cut-off date to me is fair as long as both parties agreed be it 14,24,30 or up the the first presser.

But why was 14days chosen by Team Mayweather? Was it the day they saw pacquiao gave blood pre-hatton fight? I'm not really sure but to me 14days was arbitrarily chosen not factual or researched.

Why was 30days chosen by Team Pac? Weakens him? This again was arbitrarily chosen.
