I dont know about if its fair, but its fairer than 30 day. But that dont change the fact that PBF is being more of a pain in the ass than any boxer in history.
Why can't we ask Pretty Boy point-blank, "What are you afraid of? Will the 24-day cutoff make any difference in Pacquiao's ability to beat you? You've already stated that Pacquiao is an easy victory for you. Why are you making this fight so difficult to agree upon with your unprecedented demands for testing? It seems that your image for turning down difficult opponents is coming to the fore once again due to your reluctance to accept scientist assured drug testing for Pacquiao. What is your real hangup?"

Are you serious? To be honest,Floyd probably does think Manny's behaviour is unlike an innocent person.I can't blame him for wanting drug tests.Would you fight a drug cheat in the ring?
