Don't know if anyone has read the story, but Pac is suing everyone and their brother for defamation. If he were juiced (and thats why he declined) he would lose his ass for suing, because he'd lose the case. Given that Pac wants to continue to box and "clear his rep," I doubt he backed out because he's afraid of popping positive.

Not true because Marion Jones and Barry Bonds both sued as well to "clear" their names. There is no indication when it comes to suing that he did or din't take PED's. Its not like they can test him because he is suing. I give Manny the benefit of the doubt but wouldn't be too surprised anymore in this day and age if ANY athlete tests positive.
