Al: Yeah Oscar. They have now agreed to let Pacquiao take the test 24 days before the fight and minutes after the fight. It won't be long til the people realize the burden is really on our side to let this fight happen.

Schaefer: I don't think we can make anymore excuses about the HGH windowing.

Oscar: Well, you gotta talk to Floyd into it. But I won't guarantee that he'll say yes.

Al: Yep, I know that.

Oscar: You know how much that guy worships his undefeated record. He wants Mathew.

Schaefer: I'll call him now anyway.

The Top Ten Reasons Why Pacquiao Does Not Want To Fight Mayweather

1) Pacquiao does not want to fight May on March 13, 2010
2) Pacquiao never wanted to fight May at all
3) Pacquiao is afraid of Black fighters
4) Pacquiao wants to hide something that could be revealed in blood test
5) Team Pussiao will only take fights in which they have all the cards stacked in their favor or they will not fight...ex...>Catchweight, drained fighter, old overhill past their prime on the way down fighters etc..
6) Pacquiao is afraid of Counterpunchers. a)Mayweather excuse...> won't agree to blood test 14 days before fight. b)Marquez excuse...> this business is over (does not want to go to other post fight conferences wearing shades after ass kicking)

8) Mayweather agreed to glove size, ring size, fight date & fine. Something has to be wrong if he agrees all these conditions, therefore must avoid fight on superstitious grounds. Rationale behind ducking fight : When everything is right, something is wrong.
9) There are better fights out there for Pacquiao. Ex. Malignaggi Fight
10) Mayweather is not a straight ahead fighter like Diaz, DLH, Hatton and Cotto, therefore the right decision is for Duckuiao to duck the fight.

If only Roach could teach Pacquaio how to duck and weave in the ring as good as Team Pussiao ducks and weaves when selecting fights.

I'm pretty sure I read that it was 3-5 random blood test, and a test before and after the fight.

3-5 random blood test
7-9 random Urine test

That's only for the Mayweather Drug Testing commission.

Pac still has to undergo the Drug tests handled by the NSAC which is another 4-5 tests.

He wants it because of the $,the pound4pound title and just to shut some people up who for some reason dont think he can win against pac. Sme with this fight, he ha conceded to all of team pac's demands and when he makes a demand even if it is unprecedented, he is rejected and accused of looking for a way out of the fight. The man backed of of the no cut off and allowed a window and that wasn't good enough. A man has to plant his feet firm on something and make a stand, if not for any other reason than retaining a certain measure of dignity,self- respect and pride. Not meaning to slight Manny's great accomplishments in boxing,but I feel after all Floyd has accomplished in the sport, he deserves at least this much.
