The difference is that, the pac team knew oscar would be drained and was way past.

Either Pac never intended to fight Foreman and it was a ploy to try to get Mayweather to agree to their terms or Foreman refused to fight at a catchweight of 150 and refused Pac's demand to enter the ring weighing no more than a certain weight (154 for example).
Yes, but Hoya wanted a pay check and Team Pac knew he would be dehydrated and zombiefied at 147 (a weight he hadn't made in years). So obviously he wasn't the same Hoya that Mayweather fought at 154.

It wouldn't matter anyway Yuri would have been outclassed. But again if this was Mayweather it would be considered a "duck".

Manny is honest. He is barely a welterweight. He knows that the height and weight difference will pose a great danger to him.

Im sure he will fight someone of more importance.

                  SMART MOVE...

What Pac should do is move back to 140 and fight Malignaggy, Bradley, Khan (hopefully) and Campbell.

Thats a duck plain and simple..

They hypocrisy around here man, if Floyd ducked a fight claiming a guy was too tall we wouldn't hear the end of it.
So what is it? Do you like Pac vs. Yuri or you don't. If you don't like it, don't cry ducking. At least Pac was honest enough to site his reasons why he will not fight an opponent....a valid reason. Not like "I'm not gonna fight Mosley coz he's on steroids and has 5 losses. I'm not gonna fight Pac cos every body else has already knock him out, Paul Williams needs to make a name for himself first, Margarito is a nobody"

It would be considered a duck by mayweather because he will say that foreman isn't even a ppv attraction. One is honest, one is not.
